Bio-Magnetic Therapy has been used for over 1,000 years.
It helps restore your energy field by using different strengths of magnets with our cupping. Anxiety, bone fractures and muscle atrophy are a few things that can also be helped with Bio-Magnetic Therapy. This therapy is also recognized by NASA and the foundation for Alternative and Integrative Medicine.
Knowing how to treat your body through massage gives you basic learning about many aspects of muscle and soft tissue groups, the circulatory system, and skin. We would be very much happy to share you the knowledge and learnings we have for massage therapy through massage classes!
For $125, it will be a 75 minutes of learning. We hope to see you on our classes!
Myofascial release allows the tightness, trauma, inflammatory responses and/or surgical procedures to be releases from the body.
The fascia can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 lbs. per square inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard test (X-rays, myelograms, CAT scans, electromyography, etc.)
This is a low pressure technique that is very effective.
Neuromuscular massage addresses ischemia (tight tissues with reduced blood flow), neural entrapment (pressure on nerves by muscles and other soft tissues), nerve compression, myofascial release, postural assessment (assessment of the position of the body as a whole) and dysfunctional gait patterns (manner of movement when walking).

Full body assisted stretching massage. No oils or creams are used for this massage. You’ve stretched before, but when someone helps you stretch you’ll feel another level of flexibility.
Fully clothed, so please make sure to wear loose fitting clothing.
A trigger point is a tight muscle that causes pain in other parts of the body. For example, a tight muscle in the back may cause pain in the lower neck which may then satellite into a tension headache. The pain may be sharp and intense or a dull ache. This therapy is designed to specifically alleviate the source(s) of pain.
Targets the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints)
Some may think that deep tissue is extremely firm painful pressure. Deep tissue is work done to deeper layers of the body. Working through superficial muscles. It may be uncomfortable at times but it should not be painful. We will make sure to work with your comfort level.
